Class: Dinacharya, Daily Ayurvedic Practices

Dinacharya: Daily Ayurvedic Practices

Sunday January 9, 11am - 1pm

One of the traditions of Ayurveda is Dinacharya or daily routine. It is one of the most powerful tools for improving your health and balancing your doshas. Whether you are a Vata, Pitta or Kapha constitution, daily practices such as Tongue Scraping, Nasya and Abhyanga can help to balance your Vikriti, or imbalance.

Our bodies and minds like the consistency of repeating similar patterns most days. Join us in learning some tips at how to go about some of these practices. They are all simple and your body will thank you for doing them.

Margaret is trained as an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and as an Ayurvedic Specialty Treatment Therapist, including treatments such as Pada Abhyanga, Shiro Abyhyanga and Ayurvedic Facial Massage. Her training come from the Himalayan Institute, Sevanti Institute and Indu Aurora. This work, like Thai Bodywork, is ancient and deeply engrained in the culture of India. Traditionally, the work was shared and passed down among families, making it a part of everyday life and well being.

Join us in making it a part of your wellbeing!
