A Fall Cleanse prepares your body for the slower pace of winter and strengthens your immune system.  Just like trees shed their leaves, we also need to shed our bodies and mind of the summer craze. I would be more than honored to guide you through an individualized fall cleanse and support you through our ten days together.  The cleanse includes a brief virtual intake on zoom of half an hour, followed by an additional hour preparing you for the cleanse.  

The cleanse will last 7-10 days, depending on Doshic Imbalance. I will connect with you daily during this time.  Products & Ayurvedic Bodywork cost additional but are also available for purchase for the cleanse. The best time for this is October 1 - November 15.
