Summer Yoga!

Muggymoose and Padma Yoga would like to tell you about our summer yoga offerings.  

I am super duper excited about Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga and am ready to fall in the water a bunch!   Standup Paddleboard Yoga will be taught by Emily Ostos of Padma Duluth and will be on Park Point every Tuesday and Thursday, weather permitting. You don't even need to own your own Paddleboard!  She will be offering two styles, a YIN ( longer deeper holds ) style on Tuesdays and a Hatha/Vinyasa ( more flow and movement ) style on Thursdays.  She also continues to offer weekly Hatha/Vinyasa style classes at the Fit Lab in the Hunter Building.  In addition, there will be a "sock" workshop on June 25.  For more information on scheduling, registering, etc visit her website at or read her newsletter here.  

Margaret's Classes consist mainly of workshops this summer.  Thai Restorative is a monthly restorative class where hands on style work is mixed in and is offered in June and July.  Thai Bodywork for Partners is a partners class where partners learn a simple Thai Massage routine to share with one another.  Yogi Date Night is a 2.5 hour class where Thai Bodywork, Partner Yoga and Chakra work are shared with one another.  Lastly, Family Partner Yoga is a new class with a sneak peek this summer, moving into a more regular schedule in the fall.  For more information on all of these classes, you can visit Margaret's website at and click on the classes page or you can visit Yoga North's homepage at
